DVA Architecture was partner to prime firm Westlake Reed Leskosky, now a apart of DLR Group, for the multi-phased renovation of 32,440 SF of existing space and a 3,720 SF atrium-style lobby addition. The first floor renovation includes relocation of the library, two new seminar rooms, and two flexible classroom learning spaces. The second and third floor renovation created flexible, collaborative work space for researchers and research centers. This project was awarded the Merit Award from The American Institute of Architects (AIA) Cleveland.
